1. General Conditions

COOZINA is an e-shop for kitchen products sales via internet and its website www.coozina.com the e-commerce company OMNITRADE (Α. Fornaro & Co ΟΕ) with its registered office at Glyka Nera, Athens, Greece, VAT EL997866027 – Koropi Tax Office, Registered number: 009406801000 within the special register of e-commerce suppliers kept by the Consumer’s General Secretariat, no 1111/13 and the following contact details: tel. +30 210 604 6284, fax +30 210 3225429, email info@coozina.com.

COOZINA aims at offering its customers the best possible solutions, for their kitchen to be made one of a kind. The company is always seeking new, specialized and original solutions, quality, better prices and providing constant support, always with the outmost respect towards the customer.

Navigating through COOZINA as well as making any purchase or online contact with our company, means your unreserved acceptance of the present terms and conditions by you.

COOZINA reserves the right to modify or renew without notice these Terms and Conditions of using its website and making transactions via its e-shop. It also assumes the responsibility of updating the website in the event of any modification of or addition to these Terms. It also reserves the right to modify, adjust or discontinue any individual function of this webpage at any time.


2. Payment methods

You can pay for your order at COOZINA in various ways as set out below:


a) Credit card - VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Euroline. There are no incurring extra charges by COOZINA for credit card payments.

The beneficiary under which the charge on your credit card will be registered is “OMNITRADE”, the company who created and runs COOZINA. In the event of cancellation or return of goods, the refund by COOZINA will be debited to the same credit card account used when paying for your order.

b) Debit card - VISA, Mastercard, Euroline. There are no incurring extra charges by COOZINA for payments made with debit cards.

Payments with credit/debit cards on COOZINA’s website are exclusively carried out through Eurobank’s online transactions system. After finalizing your e-order at COOZINA, you will be transferred to the bank’s environment, on a specially designed page where you will be asked to register your card’s details. These data are not communicated to COOZINA or anyone else, but only to the bank, who will process your order’s financial transaction.

The procedure of paying with credit/debit cards is completely safe, and covered by the most up-to-date security standards on Eurobank’s 128 bit encryption secure server – the maximum currently available – and is also certified by Thawte Consulting (Pty) Ltd.

The beneficiary under which the charge on your credit card will be registered is “OMNITRADE”, the company who created and runs COOZINA. In the event of cancellation or return of goods, the refund by COOZINA will be debited to the same debit card account used when paying for your order.


c) PayPal. There are no incurring extra charges by COOZINA for payments made by using your PayPal account.

If you hold a PayPal account, you may use it for your purchases from COOZINA. After you complete your online order on COOZINA, you are transferred to PayPal’s secure environment where you will be asked your account’s details and the confirmation of your order.

The beneficiary under which the charge on your account will be registered is “OMNITRADE”, the company who created and runs COOZINA. In the event of cancellation or return of goods, the refund by COOZINA will be debited to the same PayPal account used when paying for your order.


3. Delivery of the Goods

We will dispatch your order by DHL international courier to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.

We will dispatch your order by Aramex international courier to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Oman.

Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated after you add the products to your cart and fill in the order destination. Shipping costs depend on the weight and volume, on the value of the ordered products, as well as the shipping destination.

Free shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over 200 euro with shipping weight/volume of less than 15kg to the following countires: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Duty Fees - Applicable only for countries outside the European Union

Please note that we are not responsible for any duty fees associated with customs at time of arrival to your country or any delays or other issues related to the destination country's custom offices.

The shipping company, DHL, may charge an extra fee for processing the custom clearance. If you have any doubts or concerns, please contact your local custom office and/or your local DHL branch before you place your order.

4. Cancellation, Return of Goods, Guarantee

a) Cancellation. If you have validated your order and it hasn’t been yet dispatched, you can still cancel it if you so wish: please provide us with notice in writing to COOZINA.

If you have already settled your order by credit card or PayPal, the refund will be made directly to the corresponding account. In any case, the refund will be executed within 15 days following your written statement. Alternatively, the amount to be refunded can be kept as a credit balance for your next order, should you so prefer.

b) Replacements. COOZINA accepts product replacements under the following conditions: i) Send us your replacement request within 30 days from delivery date. ii) The products must be intact in their original packing and remain unused. iii) The products must be accompanied by the corresponding sales document (e.g. sales receipt). iv) You assume the responsibility and transport charges for the return of the products to the following address: OMNITRADE 29, Lavriou ave., 15354 Glyka Nera, Athens, Greece. Returns through Greek Post (ELTA) will not be accepted.

c) Returns - Withdrawal right. COOZINA accepts returns of products purchased through its website, regardless the reason for you doing so, by submission of a written statement and under the following conditions: i) Send us your return request within 30 days from delivery date. ii) The products must be intact in their original packing and remain unused. iii) The products must be accompanied by the corresponding sales document (e.g. sales receipt). iv) You assume the responsibility and transport charges for the return of the products to the following address: OMNITRADE 29, Lavriou ave., 15354 Glyka Nera, Athens, Greece. Returns through Greek Post (ELTA) will not be accepted.

If you have already settled your order by credit card or PayPal, the refund will be made directly to the corresponding account. In any case, the refund will be executed within 15 days following reception of the returned goods to the above mentioned address.

Returns of gifts offered for advertising purposes or as part of an offer combined with another product, will not be accepted. In such an event, the products will be returned to the sender on his charges.


d) Optimal Delivery Guarantee. Every order is packed in the best possible way to ensure the safety of the products during transport. If however items within packaging are delivered faulty or damaged, please notify us within 2 working days from delivery date and COOZINA will replace the items without any cost for you.

The Optimal Delivery Guarantee does not restrict your rights with respect to the "legal guarantee" and the "commercial guarantee" as described below.


e) Liability of the seller & Supplier’s warranty. All products by COOZINA are covered by a 2 years "legal guarantee" according to the corresponding provisions of the Civil Code.

More specifically, in the event of an actual defect or lack of contracted property of the product you purchased through COOZINA you may (a) ask for a repair at no cost for you, or for its replacement with another one unless this is not possible or would incur disproportionate expenses (b) ask for a price decrease (c) withdraw, unless it concerns an essential actual defect. For a property to be considered as contracted, a relevant written agreement is required. The above mentioned obligations do not apply if the defect was caused by you, or –in the strict or broad sense- by force majeure. In any case, the products must be accompanied by all necessary relevant commercial documents and delivery notes.

If there are any defects in the goods you have purchased through COOZINA, please let us know. COOZINA explicitly reserves the right for that its competent staff inspect the product before confirming it as defective.

For the products accompanied by “commercial guarantee”, responsible for the period covered by it is the manufacturer or the company importing this product in the EU, or the company appearing as the manufacturer.


5. Ownership of rights

All intellectual property rights, such as all content of the website www.coozina.com, images, graphics, pictures, sketches, texts etc remain reserved to OMNITRADE and are protected by the provisions of the Greek law, the European law and the international conventions. Any use, copy, recording, reproduction, distribution or processing of part or all of the contents in any form, notwithstanding the reason or means, is prohibited without written permission or approval by OMNITRADE.

Names, photos, logos and trademarks representing COOZINA, are exclusive marks and distinctive features of COOZINA and OMNITRADE and are protected by the Greek, European and International laws on trademarks, industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition rights. In any case their presence and exposure on COOZINA’s web pages should not be taken for any reason whatsoever as a transfer or a granting of authorization or of the right to use them.


6. Disclaimer

COOZINA makes every effort to provide the best possible and timely service for its customers. However it bears no responsibility for any damage that can occur from the execution or non-execution of their orders or any delayed delivery of merchandise in cases of force majeure. COOZINA bears no responsibility whatsoever for any legal, civil or penal demands from its website’s visitors or for acts or omissions by third parties affecting products available through its website.

COOZINA makes no warranties as to the availability of its products – but it guarantees providing its customers timely information about any unavailable products.

COOZINA does its best to ensure that it only shows complete and pertinent information on its website www.coozina.com, however it will not be liable for any operational or typing errors. It you notice a product price that seems unreasonably low, without any special citation explaining this, please contact us before ordering this item.



7. Privacy Policy

COOZINA is committed to ensuring the privacy of its customers.

We hereby declare that COOZINA (OMNITRADE – A.FORNARO & Co ΟΕ, VAT 997866027) with registered offices at 29, Lavriou Ave. Glyka Nera, 15354 Athens, Greece fully complies with the EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) to ensure the outmost protection of your personal data. GDPR is the most recent EU regulation aiming at implementing the conditions for processing personal data, for the protection of rights and freedom of natural persons and especially of the right of the personal data protection.

COOZINA’s services are not intended for use or access by anyone under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16 you may only access and use our website under supervision and consent of your parent or legal guardian.

Purpose of processing:

Your personal data is being collected and processed in the sole purpose of managing and executing your orders, communicating with you and offering you a better experience when using our website. In particular, we will use your personal data to:

1) Manage and execute your orders

In order to be able to manage and execute your orders and to provide after sales service, we need the following personal data:

  • Υour email address, in order to inform you about the status of your order
  • Your landline or mobile telephone number, in order to be able to contact you in regards to your order. If you register your mobile phone, we will also inform you about the status of your order by sms.
  • Your name and surname, in order to deliver your order and provide after sales services. If you requested an invoice, we will also need the VAT, Tax Office and Job description to issue such a document.
  • Delivery address of the order, so that you receive it at the desired place.

2) Sending of info bulletins with news and offers (newsletters)

If you so wish, you may subscribe to our newsletter, and keep updated with our news, suggestions, promotions and other information about our products and services. Your subscription is made with your free and clear approval, either during the order’s process or by registering your email to one of the relative forms on our website.

Creating an Account:

If you so wish, you may create a user’s account on our website. By doing so, you may shop online without having to register your details every time. You may also follow the status of your current order, consult the history of your orders and process the list of your favourite products (wishlist).

To create a user’s account we need the same details we ask for registering your order. The purpose of their processing remains the same: execute and support the orders. In addition, you need to register a username and your personal password so that you –and only you- have the exclusive access to your account. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password against third parties. In case you forget it or suspect that it was breached, you should contact us immediately. Should you fail to do so, we will not be responsible for any activities that occur under your password or account by an unauthorized person. We invite you, for security reasons, to change your password regularly, and to avoid using the same or easily traceable passwords (e.g. dates of birth). We also recommend that you use not only letters and numbers, but also symbols when setting your password.

Credit / Debit card information:

When paying for your order with credit or debit card, you are automatically transferred to the bank’s secure environment to register all relevant details. These details never become available to us therefore they are not processed nor stored by COOZINA.

Legal reasons for personal data processing:

We collect all personal data that you share with us based on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • as required to provide the services you assign to us and wish to enjoy by us, therefore, the fulfillment of our contractual obligations within this frame, for issuing the receipt for your orders, for the after sales service, for contacting you about your orders and in general whenever it is necessary or required to observe legal or management requirements, to settle disputes, to prevent fraud or embezzlement or to impose the terms and conditions.
  • as required for our (or of third parties) lawful rights, including our interest to supply ground breaking, personalized, safe and profitable services to our users and our partners, unless your interests or fundamental rights or fundamental freedoms imposed by the personal data protection prevail on these interests.
  • when it's necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation (such as if we receive a legitimate request from the tax authorities).
  • according to the consent you provide under the precise circumstances set by the legal frame, for you to receive product, services and offer updates.

Data process from third parties:

The info we receive from you is very important. By no means would we profit from this info or transmit it to third parties outside our company without your consent, with the exception of the cases stated in the present Policy. Access to your personal data is only permitted to authorized personnel – partners of ours who are required to have access to it to meet the company’s operational needs.

In order for us to provide our services to you, we share your personal data with our trusted third party service providers acting on our behalf for carrying out transport/distribution, hosting and mass emailings with the aim of providing you an optimum service. Whenever we share your personal data with our partners, we put safeguards in place which require these organisations to keep your data safe and to ensure that they only use it in order to provide the services to us and for no other purpose.

Retention period:

As far as the retention period of the data is concerned, when processing it, it is imposed as an obligation by the provisions of the present legal framework that we will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy policy. When the processing is carried out based on a convention, your personal data are stored for as long as necessary to carry out the convention and to implement, exert or/and support legal claims based on the convention.

For marketing activities, your data is retained until you revoke your consent. You have the right to do so at any time. Revoking your consent does not affect the legality of processing based on your consent for the time prior to its withdrawal.

However, the way Internet works and the fact that it is free for anyone, does not allow anyone to guarantee that non authorized third persons will never have the possibility of breaching these technical and organizational measures, thus acquiring access and probably using your personal data for non authorized or/and illicit purposes. Any personal data violation will be immediately reported to the Personal Data Protection Authorities as well as to the natural persons by direct contact or public communication.

The user is charged with all incurring communication costs with our company. For example, calling and post service.



9. Dispute resolution

In the event of any dispute resulting from the use of www.coozina.com and if solving it directly in a consensual way was not possible, the competent authority to dealing with are the Courts of Athens.

In any case, the solution of out-of-court settlement is suggested and in particular resolving to the online resolution of consumer disputes through the procedure of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
