- Stainless steel blade, with chromium-molybdenum-vanadium (X50CrMoV15), produced using the method of heating the steel, followed by molding the piece. It is characterized by having a robust bolster, being heavier, achieving greater hardness, and requiring less sharpening. Tempered to reach a hardness of 57 ± 2 HRC. Hand sharpened by experts, for a perfect sharpening angle and long-lasting cutting power;
- Handle that emphasizes simplicity and ergonomic design. Made of AISI 304 steel, it has good resistance to corrosion, impact and deterioration. It doesn't stain, and doesn't slip, even with wet hands.

Returns
COOZINA accepts product replacements and returns under the following conditions:
i) Send us your replacement request within 30 days from delivery date.
ii) The products must be intact in their original packing and remain unused.
iii) The products must be accompanied by the corresponding sales document (e.g. sales receipt). iv) You assume the responsibility and transport charges for the return of the products to our address.
