The V60 is a unique pour-over coffee maker, which thanks to its unique design can ensure you brew excellent coffee. Its conical shape, hole size and spiral sides mean that the water comes in contact with all the coffee beans evenly, producing a balanced and aromatic drink.
With the V60, in addition to the variety of coffee you use, you can control the two most important parameters for brewing: the temperature and the length of time the water is in contact with the coffee beans. Adjust the taste and intensity of the coffee according to the flow rate. Fast flow for a light coffee or slow flow for an intense coffee.
Consult the instructions and feel free to experiment to find the combination that works best for each individual blend you choose.
To use the V60 all you need are its special filters and a jug or mug. Combine it if you like with the V60's specially designed accessories to complement the unique coffee experience Hario offers!

Instructions for use:
Grind your coffee and place around 20-24gr in the filter for 2 servings (240ml).
Boil water and let the temperature drop a little to 90-95C.
Pour the water over the coffee beans, avoiding the sides of the coffee maker and the paper filter. Try to keep the amount of water in the filter constant, about half to three quarters of the height of the filter.
Pour a total of 240ml of water.
Leave for 3 minutes and serve.
Repeat in the next cup with small variations to find the settings that work best for you!
For even better results, wet the filter a little before use and preheat your cup with hot water before serving the coffee.
Want your coffee cold? Just add ice cubes to your pitcher, simple as that!
