The most special feature of any knife is its finishing and the finishing of Global is really its unique signature. Most Global knives are sharpened on both sides of the blade, like western style knives. But their finishing is sharpened separately at a specific point resulting in an impressively sharp knife, that remains sharp longer. Their finishing is easily visible to the naked eye and is about 0.5 cm wide.
Global knives have a narrow and sturdy handle that is the same length and weight as the blade. The similarity in weight is what creates the perfect balance in the knife.
Global professional knives are made of the finest, high-carbon, stainless steel. Yoshikin uses stainless steel exclusively of its own manufacture, called CROMOVA 18. This type of steel is hard enough, for the knives to maintain their sharpness for a long time, but at the same time they can be sharpened relatively easily. The chromium it contains, corresponds to 18% of steel, which is why steel has this name. The high percentage of chromium contributes to the durability of the blade against stains.

Returns
COOZINA accepts product replacements and returns under the following conditions:
i) Send us your replacement request within 30 days from delivery date.
ii) The products must be intact in their original packing and remain unused.
iii) The products must be accompanied by the corresponding sales document (e.g. sales receipt). iv) You assume the responsibility and transport charges for the return of the products to our address.
