VAT exemption EU
If you are located in the EU, making a purchase on behalf of a business and have a valid VAT number you are probably entitled to VAT exemption. Returns
COOZINA accepts product replacements and returns under the following conditions:
i) Send us your replacement request within 30 days from delivery date.
ii) The products must be intact in their original packing and remain unused.
iii) The products must be accompanied by the corresponding sales document (e.g. sales receipt). iv) You assume the responsibility and transport charges for the return of the products to our address.
